I found my passion for counseling while at Northern Illinois University in the year 2015. Supporting children has always been a drive for my practice with clients. I have been a School Counselor in the area since 2019 with a strong desire to learn and teach others about trauma informed practice. I have allowed those skills to enhance my work with individuals in a private counseling setting.

While I have primarily worked with adolescents, I have also worked with adults who need support. I meet my clients where they are at and reflect on the choices they have made and want to make in the future; with the goal that they are the experts in their own lives. I am here as the support, not the lead.
